Which tap finish you choose is a worthy consideration. Issues such as cleaning and
maintenance must be considered. For a clean, almost clinical look chrome is by far the best choice. It combines a look of cleanliness together with
durability and practicality. Chrome can be cleaned with most modern liquid cleaners and will stay looking good for years.
For those wishing to create something different, we recommend using Bright Nickel. Its classical colour looks great in any bathroom design. It provides an extremely hard surface that is easy to maintain. Most liquid cleaners can be used, however always refer to the manufacturers instructions. After a period of time, typically 6-12 months, Bright Nickel will develop a slight 'bloom' on the surface. This can be
easily polished away with products such as 'Silvo' or 'Duraglit'. Many however, many prefer to leave this aged finish as a means of enhancing the
appearance of their bathroom.
