Bath cast iron refurbishment
Albion’s Mistley traditional high level toilet is based on TRADITIONAL HIGH LEVEL TOILET of the late Victorian and early Edwardian eras. Many of the original traditional high level toilet cisterns have made of cast iron have rotted away and been lost for ever. Albion have recreated their high level cistern from one rescued from a traditional high level toilet and re-cast it from alloy which is both corrosion resistant and much lighter than the original cast iron.
Evocative of Granny’s old outside WC, and to replicate the original cisterns of the time the nameplate bears the Albion Bath Company legend. The cistern above is pictured in Albion’s burnished iron effect but for a softer look the cistern and brackets can be painted in white or any colour from the Dulux Trade or Heritage ranges. As with original high level toilets the Mistley comes with a heavy china and solid chain pull. The flushpipe and pull chain are available in both Hard Chrome or Bright Nickel finishes
