Roger De la Fresnay was a French Cubist painter, born into a family of aristocracy. He had a classical education and by 1912, he had become involved with the Section d'Or - a group of young up and coming artists that worked in Cubism. During this time, La Fresnay was most influenced by Picasso and Georges Braque; however, his paintings were more realistic and less abstract than his colleagues. To pay homage to this historic and influential design genre. We created our new Fresnay bath intending to compliment cubic sanitaryware and taps. While keeping straight, solid lines great care was given to maintain the legendary Albion comfort. As with all Albion baths, Fresnay is cast using our Iso-Enamel process providing a durable strong and solid construction.
